The request form will open December 1 and the deadline to complete this form varies:

• Summer programs: Feb 1

• Fall programs: Apr 1

• Spring programs: Oct 1

Most rooms in Leipzig and Oxford can accommodate 2-4 students.

All roommates must request each other. Otherwise, the request will not be submitted to the program director. Double-check with your roommate(s) that they also fill out this form.

Note: Based on room arrangements in each house, we cannot guarantee that your request will be able to be granted.
